Q. Am I limited to just one agent in your company?
A. Absolutely not.  You will have one primary contact who is a licensed Realtor who will help set the strategy for selling your home, and who will make it happen for you.  But we also have a seasoned team of real estate specialists who oversee all of the details.  Our team creates and then implements a unique marketing plan for your home, including online marketing, other more traditional marketing and all of the paperwork that goes into making a completely smooth transaction for you.

Q. How do you find a buyer for me?
A. We have been in the business of representing buyers for over 6 years here in the Miami-Dade/Broward area.  Over that period we not only have learned exactly what buyers want, we have accumulated a data base of more than 1,000 people looking for homes.  Our high impact digital marketing puts your home in front of that audience as soon as we have signed an agreement to sell your place.  Not only that, we continue to add new buyers to our pool every week, and your home will be among the first that we show to them.

Q. Do you use the internet?
A. Absolutely!  In this day and age, almost all home buyers start on the net.  We address that with our heavily trafficked web sites that provide automatic exposure for your home.  Our three web sites (http://www.bestofluxuryrealty.com, http://www.affordablehomesandcondos.com, http://www.brokerageassociates.com ) have more than 80,000 viewers per month.   Our sites are optimized to make it easy for potential buyers to quickly find what they are looking for, whether they are looking in Miami-Dade or Broward, or they are looking for a specific community.  It is from these web sites that we have captured a number of the buyers that we have helped.  Try them out to see how they can work for you.

Q. What about other marketing channels?
A. We make use of a wide variety of marketing media.  We have found, however, that our strong internet presence and our massive buyer data base are the key elements of our success.

Q. Miami is an international city- can you work with someone coming into the US?
A. Our staff is particularly attuned to this issue.  Besides English our team is fluent in Spanish, Polish, Russian, French and Hebrew.

Q. The internet is great, but what about face-to-face contact?
A. We agree that contact is very important, and for that reason we are located in Aventura, FL, which puts us in the center of the entire region.  We can meet with you and with buyers without difficulty.
